Conventional Detonators Initiation Systems
The Elemented Caps is composed by an aluminium alloy shell which includes:
• A secondary explosive charge of 800mg of PETN (#8 cap)
• A primary explosive charge, embedded in the pyrotechnic delay element to ensure better resistance to external shock.
• The delay element loaded with specific delay composition, one of Davey Bickford’s core know-how for optimum accuracy.
