Conventional Detonators Initiation Systems
The Primadet® non-electric delay detonator Noiseless Lead-in-Line (NLIL) is used as the primary initiator for mining, quarrying and construction blasts. The Noiseless Lead-in-Line, lengthens the Primadet® non-electric delay detonator surface unit being used as a primary initiator and therefore allowing the blaster to initiate the shot from a predetermined position of safety. The system is commonly used in ‘air blast’ sensitive areas as it is considered ‘noiseless’.
