Expanfo™

Expanfo™ is an innovative ANFO (Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil) product where, in addition to natural porosity, sensitising microspheres are included in each Ammonium Nitrate Prill. Expanfo™ gives superior hanging-wall control and generally more consistent and predictable blast results, especially in tough blasting conditions or when the product is initiated without a primer. Expanfo™ is available in 2 grades varying in product strength and detonation characteristics to provide the customer with a choice for achieving the highest value solution for the specific application.
