Pumpable Emulsions with small diameter Bulk Explosives
Water in oil emulsion for the production of Emultex PDBG. This transformation in explosive is done through a chemical sensitization process on the work front, obtaining a product that is specially conditioned for loading in small and medium diameter perforations (1 1/2” to 5”).
Uses:
This matrix is an intermediate product that, once submitted to the sensitization process through chemical gasification, can produce the blasting agent known as Emultex PDBG, recommended for underground mining, tunnel construction and quarry blasting. This sensitization is done in specially designed equipment, which also help condition the rheology of the final product for loading in perforations.
Packaging:
The UG-06 RBT Matrix is distributed bulk in tanker trucks for ground transport. It can be stored in the same tanks or in storage silos located in the different operating plants.”
