Enaex Blasting University

Enaex has developed a 2 to 3-day course that can be customized to your particular needs.
The course content covers all aspects of the drill and blast process.

The first section of the course covers theory and the second section covers application.

The course has the option of ending with a visit to your local emulsion plant facility for both a tour of the emulsion plant facility as well as explosive demonstrations.

The courses can be held at your mine site or Enaex premises with some travel required to visit the plant and demonstrations.

The Blasting University is broken into two sections, Theory and Application.

• Hot and/or Reactive Ground (Reactivity, Heat Sources, Inhibitors, High Temperature Products).
• Advanced Vibration Control (Signature Holes / Seed Waves, Site Law, Signature Hole Simulations, Timing Methods, Monitoring Locations)
• Muckpile Shaping
• Ore Dilution / Coal Damage – Through Seam Blasting
