With more than 1,000 courses, including content developed internally by our experts and in collaboration with leading educational partners, Enaex Academy offers opportunities for growth at every stage of the employee journey.
The platform is also integrated with LinkedIn Learning, giving our employees access to more than 20,000 courses and certifications. Through this partnership, they can explore curated learning paths on a wide range of topics, with a special emphasis on leadership development and project management, two areas critical to achieving our strategic plan.
A key pillar of the Academy is our Leadership School, a space dedicated to developing the leaders who will guide our company into the future. Here, we focus not only on technical skills but also on the mindset and behaviors expected from Enaex leaders. Courses cover essential topics such as the role of the leader, effective feedback, and leading with purpose, ensuring our leaders are equipped to inspire, engage, and drive high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving environment.
Enaex has developed a 2 to 3-day course that can be customized to your particular needs.
The course content covers all aspects of the drill and blast process.
The first section of the course covers theory and the second section covers application.
The course has the option of ending with a visit to your local emulsion plant facility for both a tour of the emulsion plant facility as well as explosive demonstrations.
The courses can be held at your mine site or Enaex premises with some travel required to visit the plant and demonstrations.
