More than six thousand people from Enaex at a global level received training in a specific course based on safety in our industry and thus be aware of all safety measures permanently and never let our guard down. Because in Enaex, our priority value is LIFE.
Our goal for 2030 is to reach 30% female staffing.
We want to grow female talent at a commercial and operational levels, establishing female staffing goals and action plans that enhance hiring and retention of women in all countries—for example, using blind curricula for certain positions, including women in final selection processes, training, and youth employability programs with high female participation, among others.

Given that each group is vital for our company’s continued operation, several communication channels have been deployed to address the parties continuously, either directly or indirectly. Some are the General Meeting, Integrated Sustainability Report, satisfaction surveys, whistleblower channel, among others.
Our purpose is to ensure the operational continuity of the business while actively engaging with the communities with which we relate, as they are part of our sustainable development.
Our employees are a fundamental pillar for the success of our company. Our commitment is to provide them with quality employment, a safe work environment, and personal and professional development opportunities. At Enaex, we seek to develop our employees and help them reach their maximum potential, also ensuring the company’s sustainability. For this, we encourage continuous feedback, based on agile conversations, formal or informal, about the employee’s performance. This is also supported by technology through platforms where they can record and follow up on these conversations.
On the other hand, annual OKRs are tracked, with quarterly reviews to ensure that business objectives are being met.
Finally, an annual Performance Evaluation is carried out, in which all company employees with at least 6 months of seniority are evaluated. This evaluation measures Safety and Environmental Awareness, Customer Focus, Commitment to Results, Teamwork and Networking, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Through the above, we seek that the employee can meet their professional goals and support their development, enhancing strengths and closing gaps. At the same time, it allows us to monitor the company’s talent and promote internal mobilities and successions, ensuring that the business continues to grow.

During 2023 of the total number of our employees, 50.92% are represented by and independent trade union or covered by collective bargaining agreements.
The survey is an instrument designed internally by Enaex, and the dimensions we measure are: leadership, camaraderie and pride, benefits, training and development, recognition, safety, and innovation.
