Whistleblower channel

The Whistleblower Channel is a formal communication channel to receive complaints, direct or anonymous, about breaches of internal rules, breaches of ethics, illegal conduct or possible offenses associated with Chilean Law No. 20. 393 on criminal liability of legal persons and any other kind of offenses, committed by employees, consultants, contractors or suppliers, and by third parties that contract it, through the mail [email protected] or through this link to our web platform of public access, managed by a third party independent from ENAEX, with all the applicable information security requirements.
